How To Enter: Via Mobile: Use your AT&T phone to log on to the "MEdia Mall" section of the main menu and follow instructions to purchase XM Radio Mobile, or navigate to www.att.com/mediamall and follow instructions to purchase and download XM Radio Mobile. You will receive one (1) automatic entry to the sweepstakes upon download. A subscription fee and standard data charges apply to download and use XM Radio Mobile. A monthly subscription to a package that includes unlimited MEdia Net data plan is required. You may also receive an entry into the sweepstakes for free by navigating the internet to http://www.tcspromo.com/lolla during the promotion period and follow the entry instructions by including your name, email address, address, city, state, zip and date of birth. Entries will be disqualified if they contain any inappropriate material or language, including profanity. Promotion begins 12:01am ET on June 26, 2008, and ends 11:59p.m. ET July 15, 2008 (the "promotion period"). All entries must be received by 11:59p.m. ET July 15, 2008, when promotion ends.

2. Participation: Promotion is open to legal residents of the 50 United States, plus D.C., 18 years of age or older. Employees and their immediate families (parent, child, spouse, sibling) and household members of employees of AT&T Mobility, XM Satellite Radio Inc., and their respective affiliated and parent companies, advertising and promotion agencies and anyone involved in this promotion’s production, development or handling are not eligible. 3. Validation: A random drawing will be conducted on or about July 17, 2008 from among all eligible entries received during the promotional period for a chance to win prizes. Drawing will be conducted in Westport, Connecticut by The Concept Studio, LLC, an independent judging organization, whose decisions are final on all aspects of the promotion, and results will be certified before a notary public. Notification to Grand Prize potential winner will be made by telephone. All submissions are subject to validation by the judging organization. By entering, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and all decisions of the judging organization. Once the Grand Prize winner has claimed by phone within the stated deadline, he/she will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Compliance with these Official Rules, Prize/Travel Release and a Publicity Release within 24 hours of receipt for use of his/her name, address, likeness, biographical information without further compensation unless prohibited by law, and make travel arrangements with the assistance of Sponsor’s agents at least 24 hours before travel. 4. Prizes and Odds: One (1) Grand Prize: A trip for winner and one (1) guest to Lollapalooza in Chicago, IL August 1 – 3, 2008. Trip includes round-trip coach air transportation for two (2) between Chicago and principal gateway airport nearest winner’s home; ground transportation between airport and hotel; 3-nights accommodations at sponsor-selected hotel; ground transportation between hotel and venue; two (2) tickets to the Lollapalooza event (ARV: $4,500 ). Winner of trip prize must travel on designated days. Winner and travel companion must travel on the same date(s) and on the same itinerary. No changes or substitutions. If any prize becomes unavailable, Sponsor may award substitute of equal or greater value. No responsibility is assumed for postponement or cancellation of show. In the event of postponement or cancellation of show after travel has been booked, remainder of trip will be awarded as complete prize. Prize winner is responsible for all costs not specifically listed above, including meals, gratuities, etc. All federal, state and local taxes for receipt of any prize are sole responsibilities of Winner. Odds of winning depend on number of entries received. No substitution or transfer of prizes, except with Sponsor’s permission or where required by law. If prize winner is a minor under applicable state law, prize may be awarded in name of parent or legal guardian. Any minor taking part in any prize trip must be accompanied by parent or legal guardian.
